For over a decade, Raspberry Pi has brought some of the most innovative single-board computers to market. With origins in education, it has now been embraced by millions - educators, students, hobbyists and industry. For years, SparkFun has been selling Raspberry Pis, developing kits and accessories to support Pi, and reselling products from companies in the Raspberry Pi community.
So...why become an Approved Reseller now? Well, it's never to late join something great - more specifically, we are an Approved Reseller because:
- Development - we are psyched to build our relationship with Raspberry Pi and collaborate on new releases
- Engagement - we think we can learn quite a bit from the highly engaged community to inform what we do
What does this mean for the future?
- More official Raspberry Pi products on the SparkFun site
- More SparkFun original products to support Raspberry Pi products at launch
- We can pass along better pricing for customers on some products
- More services to support custom development and kits with Raspberry Pi
- More SparkFun documentation, projects, and tutorials to support Raspberry Pi
